Every summer Vlorë's population triples, and the water network feels it. Documented supply crises hit the city in the hottest weeks, and the physics are merciless: pressure drops first on the upper floors of the Lungomare residences, exactly where most foreign owners and rental guests are. Taps run thin, water heaters refuse to fire, and the shower becomes a trickle at the precise moment demand peaks.
The good news: it is an entirely solvable problem. A correctly sized booster pump restores pressure to an apartment; add a reserve tank with a float valve and the property becomes independent of the worst hours of the network. The systems we install in spring are the reason some Lungomare flats have normal Augusts while their neighbours queue for reviews mentioning 'no water'.
