Vlorë's seafront is being rebuilt at extraordinary speed, and most of the buyers are foreigners. The pattern we see repeatedly: an apartment is bought off-plan, the developer's basic plumbing is included, and the new owner discovers at handover that 'included' meant minimum — thin pipes, the cheapest fittings, no provision for a dishwasher or a second bathroom.
The cheapest moment to get plumbing right is before the screed and tiles go down. We work with buyers at exactly that stage: reviewing what the developer has installed, upgrading what matters, and adding what was missing — proper shut-off valves, accessible manifolds, drainage sized for real use. For builders we deliver complete units on schedule, with documentation a foreign buyer's surveyor can actually read.
